Help! When opening, the forward canopy of our T6 rubs on the top portion of the fixed canopy, actually pulls off the rubber holding the window glass in place.
Have replaced rails, rollers, and bushings but still rubs. Any ideas?

When you say rollers, did you include the two small rollers that are attached to the rear of the sliding frame and keeps it from rubbing on the fixed frame?

Did not replace those. Were in excellent condition and not worn down . They do rub slightly on the fixed canopy when opening front one , as they should. Any other thoughts? We are totally stumped!
