It was just officially announced on the news that the Air Show Ottawa has been cancelled. The organizers were unable to obtain the sponsorship they needed to proceed.

If you are in the Ottawa area don't fret!!! The Classic Air Rallye will be held at the Canada Aviation Museum in August. For links for this and other Ontario area shows go to...

Do you want to find locations of displayed, stored or active aircraft? Then start with the The Locator.
Do you want to find or contribute to the documented history of an aircraft? If so then start with the Airframes Database.

I don't think the crash was a factor. From what I have heard and read the organizers are blaming local corporations for not giving them a handout. That of course is my own take on the situation. I look forward to a show next year.
