I was wondering, did Offutt AFB even have an airshow this year?

I usually see something on it, as I was stationed there from 89-98 but the website is down and I have not heard a peep about it.

Not this year. They announced during the briefings last year that they would take '06 for runway repairs. Offutt is ALWAYS a great show and I'm looking forward to '07!

Yes, I just heard of that...While I was stationed there, they had the runway torn up too! Those heavy birds must be taking a toll on the runway, because as far as I remember, they fixed a lot of it that year.

We had to fly out of Lincoln with the ANG at Lincoln Int. Airport that year and let me tell you driving 50 miles to work everyday one way was getting old. especially, if something broke, and the parts were at Offfut!

Good to hear they will return in 07 for the show! I think they do a great show there too!
