Is anybody going to this fly-in on October 21? It is at the old Navy base/ Coast gaurd station Brooklyn/ current NYC helicopter base. We are going with our Tracker, Berlin Airlift is slated to be there, several military helicopters and not for sure on what else. The show runs from 11 to 4 with arrivals being from 9-11 that morning. If anybody is going, I will be there under the wing so come on by.

The airfield brings back memories, I had my first airplane ride with an old well known pilot Bert Acosta, at a cost of $5.00, also 2 weeks of AFReserve in 1958.

I ended up flying 50 missions in a B17. A bit of nostalga
