History Channel filming pics!

Several of us that are apart of Lone Star Flight Museums, "Living History Group" have participated in several filmings. These filmings were used for the History Channels episodes of "Heavy Metal".
B-17 Episode..(me in the back ground) waist gunners
It was hotter than all get out for this shoot!
P-38 Episode.

Very cool! Did you fill the floor of the B-17 with empty casings?

Actually we did!!! LOL...They did shots of our feet, both of us "waist gunners" had two hand fulls of 50 cal casings dropping them as we moved about! We filmed the P-38 and B-17 episodes down on Galveston Island, TX. Thank God my shearling pants had suspenders!!! Cause with all the sweat....my pants were falling down at the end of the shoots! HAHAHa
