			Hi,
Academy Kit 2124 1/48th F4U-4B is -4- bladed.
I just converted someones 1/48th F4U-5 into a F2G (wrong choice of starter kit!) but I don't remember the kit manufacturer
Have you checked e-bay. They always seem to have quite a few kits.

			Check

You'll find there loads and loads of kit reviews and previews.
Hasegawa makes a few 4-bladed F4Us.

There are alot of 1/48 F4U-4 and higher Corsairs.
Academy and Hasegawa produce both F4U-4 and F4U-4B kits. Academy is recessed panel line, Hasegawa is raised, although both are quite similar
Hobbycraft and Monogram make a F4U-4, but it's not great I.M.O.
Hasegawa produces nice F4U-5, AU-1, and F4U-7 variants in several boxings. They are all very nice
Heller makes an AU-1 and F4U-7 Corsiar, but they are pretty rough.
Hope that helps.
