I picked up a Flight 19 TBM the other day and decided I did not like the markings, Let me know what you think of the repaint, the only original markings left are the stars and bars. The call numbers and ID letters are painted, The badge on the nose is a decal I made using the Testors decal system. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Nice work Matt! Nice to see some people taking of the big task of repainting one of these beasts! Imagine what kind of custom jobs your gonna see once the 1/18th scale B-25 comes out! Any other 1/18's you have? |

That is the only one I have, not sure where I will end up putting it as it is huge. Yep, it's Bill.s old plane, now owned by Hans Lauridsen, I was taking care of it until recently. I was surprised at how little paint I used, I bought a Iwata Eclispe with a gravity feed cup, and I swear it makes paint. I really like using a real airbrush, I have a Pasche double action that I could never get to work right. |

Nice Job on the paint Matt. One question though. Where do you display that bird at? At 1/18th scale that thing has gotta be huge!! ![]() OK two questions. What's the Airframe on the otherside of the pool next to the shed? Shay __________ Semper Fortis |
