Ladies and gents, the CF-134C was finally rolled out today at Canadair's Cartierville plant.

The aircraft is due to enter service with a few squadrons. The -A and -B versions are soon set to be produced.

Post subject:  new canadian warbird

is this for real ?? if it is it's the 1st i've heard of it. it's absolutely drop dead gorgeous!!!! the most beautiful canadian bird since the tsr -2 if i remember the designation correctly. if it's a fantasy home built i look like a total individual of questionable judgement!! :? :? :? :?: :?:

This is one of Ollie's "what if" models. I beleive particular one is a Sukhoi Su-32, although it's kind of hard to tell, as I've also seen it refered to as the Su-34 and Su-27IB(and just to add more confusion, there is a M-14 powered trainer that was refereed to as the Su-32 for a short while).

kind of figured that, but wasn't sure. pretty convincing though!!! the canucks haven't mounted a major bird prototype of their own in decades. no offense neighbors!!! good looking model though

He he he...

The best what-ifs are those that fool people, and this one did!

It's a Sukhoi Su-34 (or Su-32FN if you prefer) painted as RCAF plane, circa 2002. It carries ALQ-99 jammer pods, and I doubt that any AA missile would find it before one HARM or ALARM shot from the CF-134 has rendered the radar guiding the said missile pretty much useless!
