Hello MazdaP5,
It's the 1/72 scale ICM kit. It did have a little accident during the building process, I dropped it. That's why the interplane struts are a bit odd looking. It was a nice little build of a pretty little fighter, a contemporary of the Boeing P-12 in the US and the Bristol Bulldog in the UK.
Cheers,
Ross.

Cheers, it looks great. I can never build in such a small scale.
I especially like the banner markings on the side of the fuselage.

Very nice! Before I read your caption, I thought it reminded me a bit of the P-12.

Hello Steve,
Yes it does look a little like the P-12. It was designed around the same time and was also a contemporary of the Bristol Bulldog, with which it shared an engine, the M-22, a licence built version of the Bristol Jupiter. Although the power output of the two aircrafts' engines was similar, the Russian M-22 actually produced 30 hp more and the airframe was lighter so the Polikarpov was a little faster and a little more nimble in the air.
Cheers,
Ross.
