Oldie scan from about 1977, had an 8x14' sandboard in a friends basement and spent many an evening and weekend doing wargames! ![]() |

Neat! Back in the late '70s my freinds and I used to stage "airshows" or "airbases" with our models in the gravel driveway out back. I may have some old slides..I'll have to dig them out and scan them. SN |

With our ground forces, we would take turns flicking wads of clay back and forth, stating what was shooting. A direct hit on armor would call it knocked out if the gun was big enough, 6" for infantry! Real accurate wargames!!! |
