Not everybody's cup of tea but I like to be different. Plus, my eye sight ain't what it used to be so I figured bright red had to be better than dark blue! The airplane is scratch built from my own plans to 1/8 scale (64" wing span) and should be around 10 3/4 pounds ready to fly. (The airplane was test flown prior to adding the detail and paint and was about 10 1/4 lbs at that point.) Power was a .61 size two stroke for the test flights but will be changed to either a .91 two stroke or possibly a .90 size RCV (rotary cylinder valve) engine that I am bench testing right now. Hellcats have all the right numbers and generally make very good flying models. This one so far has exceeded all exptectations. Thanks for looking in!

, That is absolutely beautiful Mr. Veich and I think the red colour scheme is different enough to be memorable. All the best in flying your model in the future. I wish I could be present at its first flight.
