One of the new F-Toys 1/144th Scale AT-6s currently undergoing a repaint by my father. The nut even cut the canopy to the open position and added seat belts. Still need to apply the letters. I still can't believe we finally have a cheap plastic 1/144 AT-6 / SNJ / Harvard now. The only other examples in this scale were some crude and not so crude resin kits. All three examples offered in this set (along with some nice T-34s) came in JSDF markings, so naturally those will be ditched for more colorful American and Canadian markings! :D

The buffing spray buffs up nice but should have sealer put on if the plane is going to be handled as you will find some silver on your fingers.
The Flat Alum. bottle is for touching up spots and the canopy
The black is new
The red is very old but still worked
The wing walks and anti glare panel are black decals with Solvaset.

Don't you just love these little F-Toys offerings? I wasn't even aware they were doing a T-6 but I guess I will have to have one now! :)

Number 2. Another repaint from the old man. This T6 is destined to become a very rare SNJ that was restored a few years ago by a well known WIXER.

Very cool Chris! So...when do you start on a Tora/Harvard conversion model in 1/144? :)

From the second I opened up the first T6! What I think would make the most sense would be to modify one as a Zero and one as a Kate, and then make molds out of those. Course I don't feel like doing all the casting, but maybe I can hire someone to do it!
