Do you have a more specific question? I know of at least one P-51 that flew with one of these props. Not sure if it was cut down or not though. |

It was, I think, a Ham Standard specific to this aircraft. I believe the blades actually will mount to a regular P-51 hub. I know that some North Star blades were imported and modified as a presumably lower-cost alternative to the Mustang's regular prop. There have been photos posted in the last year or so on WIX of Mustangs with these blades... |
