Just kind of wondering if they are still sitting there and what condition they were/are in. |

Slowly rotting into the dirt. They did run the engines for a while after they arrived, but stopped doing that a few years back. I just hope someone saves the cockpits when they chop them up (as happened with the same owner's Fairchild Packet a number of years ago) |

Aww thats sucks to hear I saw them for sale on GPS and thought someone had got them... |

They are both suffering main spar corrosion on the spar caps in the wing centre section beneath the emergency exits. This is the death knell of many C-54's and certainly the death of those two. |
