J-3 On Floats-Unusual Paint scheme

Saw this about three weeks ago in Mattawa, Ontario, Canada.
Nicely done paint job on a '47 vintage Cub.

I didn't speak to the pilot but I heard that he had a "camp" about 8-10 kms North of Mattawa on the Ottawa River and was there for the whole summer. The plane was in immaculate condition.

the paint job doesn't do it justice!! but i can tell it's well maintained overall.
