Boeing delivered the first 787 to LAN Chilean Airlines @ KPAE on Aug. 31st, meanwhile the issues between pilots and the carrier over who gets to fly them are keeping two 787's for INDIAN Airlines Parked @ Charleston.

On the slopes below Mont Blanc as a glacier continues to melt, bits and pieces of an INDIAN Airlines 707 lost in a crash in 1966 have began to emerge, including a landing gear wheel assembly and a diplomatic mail pouch and other pieces of the aircraft. At the time of the crash all 106 passengers ands 11 crew perished.

AMERICAN Airlines is in preiminary talks with U.S. Scareways about a merger which would make it slightly larger than UNITINETAL. :?
