Do you by chance have a picture that shows a good view of Salmon's "Fish" artwork on Cosmic Wind #4?

Just found this site. Thought I might add a photo.

I was only three when this pic was taken. It is a scan of a 35mm slide my dad took on August 1st 1948 at Wheeler Field, Hawaii.
It was "Air Force Day".
There are other pictures of me (at age 2yr. 7 mo.) with the people in this photo. Dad had very detailed notes for each slide. this one just had "Tony and Neva" which I guess, "MIGHT", be the people standing on the far side of the plane.
I'm trying to put together a little family history, so, any furher information about the events at Wheeler field, the planes and people there would be of interest. The names Lockheed, Boeing, Northrup and Bendix all seem to be tied to the employment history of my dad, his brother and their Dad. They were all from Ohio.
I hope y'all like the photo.

It would be interesting to know if any of these planes still exist?

I may be wrong, but I think the answer is, "all of them".

I know this is an old post BUT, I picked up an old Bridi Cosmic Wind Kit in 1/4 scale. I really want to do Minnow. Back in the 80's I had one I raced as Little Toni. I really got busy digging around the Internet and racing books. Found a bunch of photos...here are a couple. These are from the San Diego archive.

This is a screen grab of Salmon's P-38

The more digging around I have done for photos has lead me to Van Nuys Airport. The Art Deco tower and Davis Motorcars are staples of KVNY, while the tower has been demolished the Davis building is still there. The tower was also in Casablanca. The second picture I believe is at KVNY next to the ANG Hangars on the civilian ramp.

Here's some recent pictures of the delightful LeVier Cosmic Wind 'Ballerina' at Duxford where the aircraft is based, hopefully they're of some interest:
