The 206, N142HF, on WHIPLINES is a SOLOY turbine conversion (Centralia WA. area) and looks to have the full meal deal lift augmenting system installed. As a former Robertson STOL guy, I am very impressed by the aerodynamic tricks SOLOY came up with :prayer: :supz: plus adding the ALLISON 250 to the package. All the other aftermarket 'STOL' kits except RSTOL and SOLOYare basically eyewash and add very little to the performance of what they are installed on.

Is the bipe another itteration of SAMPSON?

The Pitts I heard from the guys down at the CAF had a new Russian engine just put on and they were firing her up testing it that day.
