apollo 14 astronaut & lm commander edgar mitchell now 80 is being sued by nasa for putting a video camera he used on the moon up for auction by bonhams auction house in england. they are a very high profile auction house internationally. nasa's stance is that it's still their property. if so why wait so many years to squabble about it??

As an astronaut explained in an article about a month ago, apparently Ed didn't get the memo about returning the "former" freebee memento's to NASA.
