I just got off the phone with Rob Jones, one of the folks running this on-line telethon to raise funds for the air race crash victims and their families. He's also created a wonderful memorial video of Jimmy that you may have seen.

They are trying to go round the clock for 5 days in order to raise $1million. Every cent raised will go towards victims' medical expenses, prosthetics, and other needs.

You can make a donation online, via PayPal at http://thinkkindness.org/ For those of you in the UK, remember £10 is almost twice that in US dollars, so a little will go a long way.

If you know anyone in the Reno area, please urge them to go down to the Grand Sierra Resort (over by the Starbucks) and say hi to Stewart Campbell (from London btw), who's going to keep going for either 5 days or until he collapses. They've told us that they would love to have people come down and share air race memories, photos or memorabilia.

If you phone in or blog to them, they'll get it on air.

Thanks everyone.
