Things still continue to march on for recovery down on the island at the museum from hurricane IKE. Just to kind of lift some spirits for the rest of my fellow LSFM guys here on WIX and myself...Lets see what you have of the aircraft or museum!!

Here are a few of mine..

With the crew of "Thunderbird" at Lackland or Randolph AFB in 2003. The folks from LSFM have ALWAYS treated me nicely. Waaaay back my family and I used to talk to the older Mr. Gregory - and sit under the wing of the Dauntless during the afternoon show. He was always friendly to us young'uns and that has always been a good memory. Mr. Lawrence on the left in the picture is a great guy and we got to sit with him in the nose of the B-17 one year when it rained at the show. Not to many folks were sticking the rain out, but we got to sit in the B-17's nose and talk history for a little over an hour in a rain/low clouds situation that reminded me of the what I've read about England! Waaay too neat.

What happened to the F-100 out front? I haven't seen anything about it since the hurricane.
