Early 1960s USAF pickup truck paint schemes?

Hi all,
I am attempting to buy a 1960 Ford F-100 pickup truck. It is as stripped-down as they came, with no options (not even a radio!), painted grille and bumpers, and so forth. It has a short, wide bed, and the powertrain is an inline six and a "three on the tree". The body is amazingly straight and has no significant rust, and the entire truck is absolutely stock and original, although it's in dire need of restoration. This truck would be a great candidate to be painted to represent an early 1960s USAF flight line truck. Does anyone have any good detailed photographs of how such a truck would have been marked? I know they were painted dark blue with yellow lettering, but what was written on them? What equipment would they have carried? Toolboxes? Fire extinguishers? Other stuff?
Thanks in advance for your kind assistance!
Cheers!
