To whom it may concern:

This may be a stretch, but here goes.
I am a program manager for Safety Training Systems, Inc. Tulsa, OK. We manufacture training equipment, predominately for the aerospace industry. We contract to both commercial and military customers. We are bidding a job for a C-130 Engine Propeller Trainer (EPT). Can you help me locate a wing section that we can use for this project? We have made a similar trainer that is currently in use at the Little Rock Air force Base.

They specialize in C-130 conversion and may have parts from their two jobs available or may have a line on other C-130 parts.

They may be able to give you numbers for the scrappers who have bought some of the surplussed airframes.
