I read in todays morning paper that the Air Force is looking into a replacement for the current 747-250 being operated as Air Force 1.
They are looking into replacing it with an AIRBUS A-380!

Everyone here knows my feelings about the tanker deal so my only question for now is, when is the Presidental Limo going to swapped out for a stretch PEUGEOT? Or a Chinese CHERY?

According to the newest IAM 751 rag EADS will not submit a proposal for the three new AF-1's.

My question is, what is wrong with the 2 747s they already have? One would think they could be upgraded as needed.
