50 million Euros in bribes to gain an order for 15 fighters? Wow ... makes you wonder how much they were/are throwing around trying to land the USAF tanker contract.

My curiosity has always been just where does the money come from to redesign their supposed 787 competitor? They seem to redesign it about every 18 months.
I suppose if Henry Ford had kept fiddling around with the Model T design, he'd have eventually evolved it into a Ferrari. :?

thank heaven he didn't - the GT-40 was a far better car and the 1-2-3 finish in 1966 at LeMans was a beautiful thing. . .

I agree, it's a good thing that il commenditore told the Deuce 'no' alto, having a local dealership floor covered in 250 GTO SWB's would have been a happy thing, then there wouldn't have been 240Z's
