DHC-2 Beaver Markings

I am researching servicing markings for military Beaver's, specifically the RNZAF's Antarctic Beaver NZ6001 (1956- 1960).
Specific markings I am after are the following:
1. There is a line of text, four words in a single line, on the top and bottom of the elevator tips.
2. Is there anything on top of the wings? possibly regarding the wing tip fuel tanks, capacity etc?
any ideas?
