Concrete Cupola/Glacis

Does maintenance of the above come under hangar-maintenance ?
Would be interesting to know, who has control of said construction at Duxford. ? Now, would be the ideal time for a decision about what should be inside this highly interesting and controversial structure.
Would a better/perfect use for this area, be as a WW2 Secret Weapons/Rocketry display. Across RAF Cosford/Stafford,IWM London , there must be enough Fritz-X ,Rheintochter/Bote, V1,V2, Me163 etc, to fill the glacis, as a convincing setting.
