help needed to Identify Radial Engine Mount

Hi Wixers
Can I get some help identifying this engine mount. It came along with a package of Fairchild Parts, so I assumed it was for PT-23 with Continental. None of the holes line up and the Fairchild Manuals show something completely different. Could this be from a Tank Radial or a Boat?
