Warbird Information Exchange

I was just looking through my bookcase and ran across a book I hadn't looked at in a few years. It it called P-51 Mustang Restored by Paul Coggan. It cronicles the restoration of 44-84786/N51BS purchased by Butch Schroeder in St. Louis in 1981. This book is incredible with all of the excellent photos of the restoration process.

The last entry in the Registry was in 2002. I was just wondering where she is now and if Butch still owns her.

Butch still owns it and it resides in Danville, Illinois.

I took these shots with my old rinky-dink camera out of Tim's old B-25. Scott, if you want you can throw them into the Registry if you would like.

Still in Danville, still owned by Butch.
I live about 15 miles from her hangar, and have had the privilege of
being her bodygaurd during an airshow!
