The provisional Chino show schedule is now up on their website

http://www.planesoffame.org/airshows/2007/schedule.php

I see that 3 P-38s are listed. Any guesses as to the third (after 'Glacier Girl' and the Air Museum's '23 Skidoo', the only 2 presently airworthy)?????

Don't think we're gonna' make it this year. Would someone PLEASE take a bunch of pictures of the 3 P-38's in flight that I can have a copies of?
Hopefully there'll be a shot of all 3 together that can go on my (already crowded) wall.

Mudge the P-38 freak

I will grab a few shots as well.

It is nice that they have their own time slot in the program. They should make plenty of passes.

August

The parking lot isn't gated so you can get there as early as you want. The earlier you get there, the closer to the gate you'll be.
RATS...I wish I could figure out some way to get there...BUT, getting in and out of LAX on a space available pass isn't the most fun we've ever had. Last year we spent the night in the terminal...the only people in the terminal except the cleaners.

Mudge the punctual :D

ps...how about someone, who's familiar with the area, suggest a few other airports I could try.
