I was told years ago that a man named Sam Goldman sold the B-17's to the (group that started Israel). I think that he might have lived in New York. I do know that back in the late 80's andearly 90's he had a yard in Florida that was using SNJ (i think they were SNJ's) tailcones as a fence.
