Guys/ Gals

Got this in my inbox, perhaps someone out there has a home for it ? Perhaps better donated to a museum...

Dave

'A friend of mine named Rick Barter, who has a shop out in Tucson, was
talked into buying a Pembroke for $20,000.00 about 3
years ago. It was located up in Washington State - but the fellow
wintered down in Tucson, where Rick has an aircraft repair facility:
that's how they met. Rick went up to Washington and got the aircraft
almost ready to ferry: but there was some question about airframe
times. Seems like this machine is time limited in its original form.
This particular aircraft, though, had been operated by the state of
California for marine survey work (or something), and the airframe
hours had been extended. Well, he got bogged down in paperwork -
plus the downturn in the economy - and never got the aircraft to Arizona. Now, he has to move it - fast - and he doesn't have the
finances to do so. He tells me that there are two spare engines and
a couple of spare noses - plus a trailerload of spare parts.
It seems a shame to let it get broken up - two of the engines are very low time, I think.
Rick also put new tires on it, too. If anyone has in interest in this aircraft, you can contact him at his shop by calling 520-682-2445.'

Thanks,
