What is the ID of the 5 blade prop Spitfire painted overall blue and was named "The Last"?

The original aircraft, based in Singapore in 1954, was PS888. Later scrapped.

The modern re-creation of the scheme is applied to BBMF Spitfire PR.XIX PS915.

I have an old Christmas card (Royal Air Force Duxford) written by a certain David showing a b&w picture of a light colored four bladed Spitfire with the text 'The Last of the Few'- Duxford, 1955'....(no serial to be seen)
