Warbird Information Exchange

I've been doing some research on where a number of Harvards (approximately 21) went after going into storage in Mesa, AZ, in 1978. One of them, CCF-13, a RCAF 20222 apparently went to the Pima Air Museum, in the early 80's? I came across a picture of it on a website, but lost the address to it. Does anyone know what became of this plane?

About 4 years ago the museum sold a Harvard fuselage hulk to a local Tucson guy, I don't know the tail number off the top of my head but that could be 20222.

On our 1974 visit (OK- It WAS a long time ago!), they had the fuselage of USN 90822, with spray painted N3149G on the sides

I haven't heard of it since, but this might have been the hulk??

We also visited Mesa on that trip and logged the numbers of T-6's there. Unfortunately it was getting dark, so we concentrated on the B-17's and B-25's that were there!!

I think the company refered to is Southwest Aerospace owned by Carl Ziesmer(sp). He died and I think they may have had a fire or the stuff was sold to Lance. They were good supplier of T-6 parts in the late 70's.
