Amazing what can be done when officially approved & requested.
Last year, we took the Heritage Flight between the Arch & the nearest high rise office building - below the arch height - for the ball game opener. All crews involved couldn't hardly believe that was what they requested. It was ground coordinated at Cardinal's field by a St. Louis ATC controller.

I remember the guy who flew his Twin Commander through the arch back in....60's???? Gosh I'm gettin' old...
