It's of the 355th Bomb Squadron, 331st Bomb Group, 315th Bomb Wing, 20th Air Force, and was indeed a B-24 squadron at one point. It was also briefly a B-17 squadron, and then a B-29 squadron. Disestablished after WW2 and later reincarnated as a Troop Carrier Squadron with C-119s.
