Gathering of Harvard and Heroes

I was invited by the CHAA to attend the 75th anniversary of the Harvard in Tillsonburg this past week-end.

After a 350NM flight in my Harvard, we arrived to an airfield full of Harvards and friendly people.

What a great week-end!

I met a gentleman named Carl, he flew almost 30 hours in my Harvard when they were both in the RCAF.

Nice shots Ollie. Sorry we didn't get to meet, That's me carrying my Tiger moth away.

The weather was perfect.

Tillsonburg is a really nice BCATP airfield that is well looked after and well used. Lovely.

We had a great flight down and were well received. Kudos to Shane for a great idea!
