Hi all,

First time poster and I'm putting the help request out for my De Havilland Chipmunk project. Im the owner of WB556 which was imported from the UK a couple of years ago to Australia.

I intend to bring the fuselage up to a display standard to enable people to sit in and experience the Chippy.

The project is however missing some vital parts and I'm searching the globe to find them as the type didn't serve here obviously.

So im in need of instrumentation to fill the instrument panels from and rear and also a propellor to suit.

If anyone is able to help out here I'd love to hear from you.

Cheers

DJS

You may be as well to post your request on the Flypast historic forum, as there are quite a few Chipmunk experts on there. Good luck.

Hi DJS 82,

I'm sorry I can't assist you with your parts request at this current time. However I would like to discuss WB556 with you for an article I am writing for my local aviation society plus I may have the opportunity to visit Victoria in the New Year and would very much like to see WB556 again.

Many thanks
