I wondered how the Canadian Warplane Heritage got the opportunity to auction off a tour of his shop next month. Now where'd I leave that chequebook

Tours of his shop are fairly common.
You just have to know someone!

I have several friends who have visited the place on various occasions. My favorite story involves a friend who was invited because their respective cars came from the same famous collection, who said...."Go on a Saturday, his paint guy grills great hot dogs. Just give him a call."

Yeah, sure.

Still, I might give it a try.

I just watched the whole vid. Pretty cool knowing the history of that engine. I might have worn some eye and ear protection.
