I was reading in the May issue of Air Classics about some changes in the collection of planes at The Fighter Collection. I hope this has not been posted before but their P-47 "No Guts, No Glory" has been sold to an unkown buyer. Anyone know who bought it? Also, TFC has acquired the P-47 "Little Demon" currently coming from Australia. The article also says their Hawker Hurricane has been sold to a buyer in Canada. Who is the lucky buyer?

Hello Pat! Part of your answer lies in the newest edition, #8 of Warbird Digest. Micheal Potter of Canada bought that beauty of a Hurricane. See a great article on the upcoming museum, and the man behind the stick. Part of the second was just updated the other day by the Fighter Collection. What would you give to open a shipping container and to discover this...

I know there is someone who has an idea of where No Guts, No Glory will reside, but it has been fairly tight lipped.... same as the Beaufighter... The Corsairs are making a big swing through the lower states and look great together....... So will NGNG stay in the UK, or maybe come to the states........ that is still the question.....

Ahhhh shucks!

Mr. Potter is a super nice guy and a real asset to the warbird community. I look forward to great things to come.

I would cry like a little girl if that container arrived at our hangar doors and someone handed me the proverbial keys!

Two things of note here:

1. N106FG isn't listed for sale.
2. Which F8F-2 Bearcat project are they brokering?

Yes I saw the Duxford part but : then be shipped to California where it will be reassembled and licensed on the U.S. register.

Either way it is a beauty!
