HaHa! That's great! I did call ahead first and talked to at least two of the folks there, explained my purpose for the pictures and asked if it would be possible to come out. I'm from San Antonio, and had check the FAA registry to find the closest P-51s to me. The one here in San Antonio is WAAY hard to get to, and the folks basically have it locked up and it can't be touched, so your P-51 was the next best possibility. I flew out there in a Cessna 172 with a friend and my sister, and your line guy was great, and friendly. Thanks!
