P-47 question

Thu Feb 08, 2007 9:01 pm

Does anyone have an in-flight photo of the belly of a P-47 that they could post? Jack, maybe? Just out of curiosity, I need to see something with gear up.

Thanks.......

You'll notice the difference between the "N" model picture I sent, and the "D" model Elroy 13 sent. The doors hinge out away from the fuselage, where the "D" model's doors hinge against the fuselage. That is a space where extra fuel cells are placed on the "N".
