Interesting view of the hangar

Sat Mar 03, 2007 4:44 am

Last night, there was yet another event in held in the CAF Main Hangar, here in Midland. The hangar's caretaker, Mark Baxter, had the presence of mind to grab my camera while he was on a man-lift, during the tear down after the event was over and took these pictures.

I just thought they were kind of an interesting angle that you don't see everyday. It also kind of gives you an idea of the size of the hangar here (and what you're seeing is only the back half of it. )

btw who's that dodgy looking guy in the black suit in the 2nd photo?

Yeah, like I mentioned on the B-24 thread...it might just be black primer.

Yeah, that B-25 is kind of a leaker. It's only been parked there a couple of days. But it's still a good ship.

Don't know who the suit-trash is. Just someone from the event last night, I reckon.
