Anyone know of a Mig-17 in N. Illinois?

My father inlaw saw a MIG-17 over his house messin around today, anyone know who it belongs to? We are out here around Marengo IL.( Il post some pics later)

Could it be Dave Burdine? I don't remember where he's based out of though.

Dave Burdine bases his Mig 17 out of Kenosha WI--the extreme southeast corner of the state so it's very possible he may have been flying the beast over Illinois.
