The first morning Steve from Atlanta came by my plane and introduced himself. He is an engine tech with Delta. Then Chuck Gardner came by and we got to talk quite a bit, I may use his facility at Kiss. to wash my plane. It got spots all over it yesterday, perhaps corvis smoke oil from a acro act or exhaust oil from a T-28 starting up. I flew in the show today and finally seemed to remember how to land a Spitfire. Also met John form Australia that I flew into Lakeland with in 1987.

Bill, I had a P.M. to ya about one of my Pilatus guys coming down from Atlanta. I can't make it, but I told this guy to come & see the Spit. I hope you all are having a good time. Wish I was there. :D :spit2

Also Sarah with Chuck, and Glen Wehgman; who is not the Glen who sat behind me at NWOC, maybe Glen Goldman? Maybe I imagined the whole thing?

Goldman is a tall skinny guy. Dark hair. Does that help? Look forward to seeing you next weekend.

I flew over to Chuck's place and got a great wash job for my plane, had lunch with them, then flew their T-6. It has been aboout 8 years since I have flown a T-6 myself. I was not totally at home but mnged a few decent landings. A busy and productive day.
