Anyone know who the BT's are going to be at the Offutt AFB airshow in Omaha, next weekend?
The Blue Angels, of course cancelled, looks like they have the AeroShell T-6 show instead.

We are hoping to take the AC-47 up there.

I wish I could attend, this would be the first I missed in 16 years.
If anyone is going, please feel free to snap some pics and send them my way!

They might be from one of the CAF wings out that way.

Paul,
My wife and I are going to be in Omaha for a family get-together on Saturday and hope to attend the Offutt show Sunday unless something comes up. I will get you some photos if we attend. Be advised, I still have an old-fashioned "film" camera due to my stingy habits! (Right, Gary?) so it will be a few days before I can get them to you.
Take care,
Scott

Scott, just look at this way...... Think of all the money you will SAVE, by not having to buy film and paying to have it developed

Whats a BT-15?
Mon Apr 30, 2007 8:36 pm
It is just like a BT-13 except for the engine. The engine is a Wright 975 in stead of a Pratt & Whitney 985

Alan,
You're sounding a lot like Gary now! Remember, I'm the guy that freezes his own lunches and hauls them to Midland. I'm one of the cheapest people I know!!

I believe the BT 13 is coming out of Columbus Nebraska if it is the one that is there nearly every year. It won some awards at Osh a few years back for restoration. The owner's name was Kurt Muhle.
If this is it I have more pics. It will be a while before I can locate them as we had a flood in our basment last week and I am pretty much offline.

Paul,
We did get to Omaha, but the Saturday show was rained out and we had to return home tonight, so no photos. Sorry!

I did not make it today either as we flooded AGAIN. #$%^ sump pump. I have a friend who is AF reserves and worked security. He said the flying was shortened today and they closed the show early for more weather.
If I ever get my basement back together I will dig up the rest I have of the one above for you if interested.
