Info for "Gathering"

Anyone here know about the "grandstand" seats that are being offered at GML? I can only assume they're the "bleacher" (no backs) type. Also, what kind of view would we have from there? It appears (from the web site diagram) that there are a WHOLE LOT of people between the grandstand and the flight line. I don't want to have to schlep a canvas chair around if I don't have to, but to get a good picture spot, I will.
Advice will be appreciated.
