Having one of these in a collection (outside of Russia or the Ukraine, of course) would be a real hoot! - Flyable or not!! :D

Hate to think what it'd cost to run it, though!!

(Thanks to Walter Van Bel and Airliners.net for the pic!)

One of my favorites

I had one taxi past me on an airport in Russian Far East Asia back in 1992. It was really something. The prop blades are huge and there are lots of them. At takeoff power, it makes a sound unlike anything I have ever heard. What would it take to get one of these to show up at Oshkosh?

Everyonce in a while I will see the An225 here at the Houston Airport. And the An124's come in all the time.

And saw the An12 come through once.

I have to admit...seeing a Bear come through would top it all!!
