This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

I'm pleased to be able to announce that the Aviation Heritage Centre at Omaka, Blenheim, NZ, has published a fantastic calendar for 2008, called "The First Warbirds".
The calendar is a large format, measuring 430mm x 305mm in size per page, and superbly produced. It features air to air and ground to air photos of the aircraft from the Vintage Aviator Ltd collection (i.e. the WWI fighters from Omaka and Masterton) as well as a couple of shots of the displays inside the AHC itself.
This has been produced by the AHC as a special fundraising cause with proceeds going towards the Aviation Historical Centre's expansion plan, so it's a great cause.
You can only purchase this calendar from the AHC directly at The Aviation Heritage Centre, PO Box 641, Blenheim, New Zealand.
I will post a couple of pictures here tomorrow hopefully so you can see the layout.
All I can say is I have acquired a copy and I highly recommend it.

By the way I believe the price is NZ$25 plus postage and packaging - a great bargain
