Visites WAS today, and saw the P-40B wings, the Curtiss Helldiver project and also the Grumman Duck fuselage and main float / pontoon under restoration.
Nice group of guys, and lots of work taking place.
There is also a Helldiver center section outside the hangar, and parts for another Grumman Duck outside the hangar.
Then, went to the Hutchinson, KS Cosmosphere, and saw not only the V-1 and V-2 but also an SR-71 / A-12 and a T-38, both aircraft inside the main hall of the museum.

Photos?

I can send you copies if you want, because I cannot post photos.
A ^%$#@ hacker (I know who) deleted all the photos that I had posted at WIX, by hacking into photobucket.
If you want Mike, I can either reduce them in size, or burn them to a CD and send it to you.
Please let me know.

Tulio,
Was the Helldiver center section outside part of "the Curtiss Helldiver project" or was it an additional center section?
Mike,
How's your project coming? And the Avenger?
Thanks,
Mac

Two sets:
One, inside the hangar, jigged, and another, outside and on the ground.

Hi Tulio,
The center section outside came from my Hawaian A-25 #75448. The fuselage will be incorperated with their tail section saving many many hours on the restoration.

They bought most of my air worthy stuff to be able to make it a flyer. The A-25 is coming along, still replacing the last of the corroded parts, rebuilding the up locks. installing more nut plates ,and of course more riveting. The TBM is on hold until the A-25 ships out.

Can you send me a CD of the photos? P.M. me if you can.
Thanks Mike

Yes, Mike
I will burn the photos tonight, and will send them to you as soon as I get a mailing address (PM, please).
Saludos,
Tulio
